What is the process to design a website?

There are three steps in this process of collaboration to design and publish your website.

First, we will have a meeting to review your current situation and discuss your goals and ideas to move forward. If you like, I will provide you with an audit of your website and go over those results in a second phone call. There is no fee for the website audit.

Secondly, I will provide a written estimate to you covering what we discussed.

The third step is implementing my estimate. You make a payment and the work begins to create your business showcase. This is an easy process.

How can you repair a website?

I work with virtually all types of websites, including those built on popular platforms such as WordPress and Wix, as well as independently developed sites. Independent websites are typically constructed using software purchased by the website owner—examples include Blocs and RapidWeaver.

Additionally, I have experience working with websites that use Content Management Systems (CMS), so I can assist with a wide range of business needs.

My website repair process is straightforward and client-focused:

Initial Consultation:
We begin by discussing your goals and objectives for the website. I’ll ask questions to understand what you want to achieve—whether it’s adding new content, fixing technical issues, updating your online store, or something else.

Assessment & Recommendations:
If your needs are more advanced, such as upgrading your SEO or AIEO, I can also review your site’s architecture and page design to recommend improvements.

Written Estimate:
After our discussion, I’ll provide a detailed written estimate outlining the scope of work and a proposed schedule.

Project Execution:

When do we see results in search engine listings?

You can typically expect to see initial results from SEO efforts within three to six months, though significant improvements in search engine rankings and traffic often take six to twelve months of consistent work. If you want to have a longer tem benefit that includes AIEO then additional variables will come into play.

The exact timeline depends on several factors, including your website’s age and authority, the competitiveness of your industry, the quality of your content, and how effectively you implement SEO strategies. Newer websites or those in highly competitive niches may take longer to achieve noticeable results, while established sites with strong content and backlinks may see progress more quickly.

Remember, SEO is a long-term investment, and ongoing effort is required to maintain and improve your rankings over time.

What is difference between SEO and AIEO?

The focus is very different between SEO versus AIEO.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) aims to improve a website’s visibility and ranking on traditional search engine results pages (SERPs) by optimizing for a wide range of keywords and content types. It targets broad search queries, including informational, transactional, and navigational intents, to drive organic traffic to websites.

AIEO (AI Engine Optimization) focuses specifically on optimizing content for AI-driven platforms, such as voice assistants and AI-generated search summaries. The goal is to deliver precise, context-aware, and conversational answers that AI systems can easily extract and present directly to users, often bypassing traditional click-throughs.

The content strategy is different but having been successful with SEO enriches your website to begin producing AIEO results.

SEO relies on comprehensive, keyword-rich content that covers topics in depth to satisfy a variety of user intents. It involves long-form articles, blog posts, and detailed pages designed to rank well on search engines.
