 Background

We collect information about your activity when you browse our website; access and use our services or engage with us via social media platforms, and when you email us.

Currently in the USA there are no federal laws regarding internet data privacy or sharing of website browsing data. As of today, several states have produced regulations to limit the sharing of website traffic information by internet service companies. For example, Google is one of those companies.

States with published comprehensive data privacy laws are currently California, Virginia, Connecticut, Colorado, Utah, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Oregon, Montana, Texas, Delaware, Florida, New Jersey, New Hampshire, and others are in the legislative process.

The only products used on this website that collect data are Matomo Analytics , Google Analytics and Live Chat. We do our best practices to protect your privacy.

 Data Collection

1) We use Matomo Analytics to record and store data about website visitor traffic. Their servers are located in Germany, which is the location where website visitor traffic is stored. That information does use cookies, or tracking technology, on our website, but that collected data is in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) procedures. When you browse our website we anonymize tracking data about your visit(s) and regularly delete old raw data from the database. It's standard policy to mask the last six digits of your IP address in that stored data.

2) We also use Google Analytics which includes Google Tag Manager on this website.
This is a link to explain data processing privacy by Google.You need to do your own due diligence about the data privacy practices that Google uses.

3) Live Chat is a function is provided by twak.io. They use cookies to store your location, what files you have viewed, and text of our conversation. The third party vendor of this chatbot services is hosted with GCP (Google Cloud Platform ) and has a global CDN (Content Delivery Network). The data is hosted at Google in the USA. However, the data over the wire travels to/from wherever the agents and visitors are located.

 Data Storage

You may choose to participate in using the LiveChat AI bot or become a subscriber to our news. The information you provide is kept private and not sold or shared with any other businesses or organization. Your name, email and phone is stored in our online database. We own that data. The vendor who provides that service to us has an agreement with us, and other clients similar to us, not to share that information.

When you leave a review on this website there is a cookie that is stored for 72 hours and then it expires. If you leave the comment using Google, Google methods are involved, some of which are detailed in #2 above.

We have no plans to sell or exchange your data to any business or individual in the future.

We will verify your request by asking you to provide information related to your recent interactions with us, such as information regarding a recent purchase.
