Terms Of Use

These Terms explain your rights when you hire us to perform services such as consulting, coaching, and/or voice narration.

Overview

The intention of these Terms is to explain what you can expect when purchasing website services. When you hire me to perform services website administration the fee and coverage may vary. I will always send you a written estimate as a PDF for the scope of work on our collaboration.

The privacy policy explains how we collect and use website visitor information.
The refund policy explains refunds after you have made a purchase.

Payment

Payment is accepted in form of check or debit card, credit card, and using XRP or XLM.

Website Packages

Each package provides the design and website hosting of one website. Content updates are included with all packages. The Premium and Enterprise packages include Comprehensive SEO. The fee to repair an existing website is determined during our initial meeting. If using a CMS platform the fee may vary from what is show on website packages.

CHANGES
Edits to the scope of work described for website packages will be done in email to make sure client and I have the same understanding.

Once work begins, if terms of tasks and/or due dates are changes by client, there is probablity of an additional fee and this will be discussed with you before implementation.

COLOR BROCHURE
This is 8.5x11 inches, one side, in color and provides as PDF. Client can make two edits to content. Additional edits are additional fee.

STORE
A package with “store items” has two options.

One option is you can use a payment processor, like PayPal or squareup,com, or PayHub, to process payments as your items are purchased on your website. You setup your account with a payment processor. I setup your items in your website with description and photos, then link your payment processor account to the website page(s) displaying your store items.

Another option is you use a platform like shopify to do your store. You pay fees to shopify to host your store plus your payment processing fee that you arrange. I link your website pages(s) to items on that platform.

PHOTO EDITING
The intention of this service of adjusting the color in the photos to optimize their presentation.

SEO
In general, services will target one or two phrases that client and I agree upon before work begins.

SEO guarantee is aligning on multiple words or phrases that will produce multiple organic search results on first page of search results. Alignment on specific targets is specified in email before work begins.

ANALYTICS
All website packages have Google Analytics and Matomo Analytics installed. All website packages are given access to both accounts. Interpreting the data and making strategy for website conversion is an additional fee.

CPANEL
This access is provided to Premium and Enterprise packages.

COMPLIANCE
Website content that you publish must comply with state and federal laws. No sexual or illegal content or service is allowed on any website within your account.

If you are on a monthly plan, your payment must be paid by the first day of every month. If we do not receive your payment we reserve the right to suspend all work on your website and email within 48 hours of payment being due.

By the tenth day of the month, if no payment is received from you, your account will be terminated. Payments must be electronic and done using the link provided to you.

Support

Support using phone or texting is available to any plan with additional fee. Support using email is available on all plans with a two business day response time.

Notice

If you violate these Terms you will receive one email, which will be then email you used to open your website package account. Your website and email will shut down within 24 hours of our sending that email to you. No refunds will be provided.

Summary

We welcome feedback, including any comments, ideas and suggestions you have about our services. We may use this feedback for any purpose, in our sole discretion, without any obligation to you. We may treat feedback as nonconfidential.

What is the process to design a website?

There are three steps in this process of collaboration to design and publish your website.

First, we will have a meeting to review your current situation and discuss your goals and ideas to move forward. If you like, I will provide you with an audit of your website and go over those results in a second phone call. There is no fee for the website audit.

Secondly, I will provide a written estimate to you covering what we discussed.

The third step is implementing my estimate. You make a payment and the work begins to create your business showcase. This is an easy process.

How can you repair a website?

I do work with almost all types websites including all website platforms and independent websites.

For example Wordpress and Wix are two website platforms.

An independent website means software that is purchased by the website owner is used to construct the website. For example, Blocs and Rapidweaver are two of those software.

Some businesses have a Content Management System (CMS). Ialso work on those type of websites.

When do we see results in search engine listings?

If you are doing a new domain website that has not been published before, it will take a few months before the search engines recognize your content.

If you are using an existing domain and rebuilding the website on that domain, as a general rule, we should see SEO (Search Engine Optimization) results within six to ten weeks.

Any SEO campaign will always work work more efficiently when fresh, quality content is implemented using current search tech.

How much does it cost to get started?

The cost depends on the scope of work involved. Another variable depends on if you want a new website or a website upgrade, which is also referred to a a rebranding campaign.

Once we have a conversation, or two, you will have a clear idea on scope of work and a fixed price covering 12 months.
